Hi All, Happy New Year. I trust you all had a great Christmas and New Year holiday and are now ready to make things happen in 2016.
I believe that there are two words that best describe what each and every one of us can do to improve the way we live – Attitude and Energy.
Attitude: Always look for the good in every situation and stay well away from people that continually bring up the negative options. There are opportunities out there for those of us that don’t waste energy being pessimistic.
Energy: Commit yourself to a fitness program of some sort – swimming, running cycling – there are plenty of them out there. Then click the link to read the following article in today’s Sydney Morning Herald.
