Weekly Sports Update

HI All,

I am thinking about starting a weekly update to report back on some of the great things that a few of our Zimbabwe sportsmen and women are achieving on the world circuit. It might be that I send an email out on Fridays about notable events to watch / read up on involving our local athletes. So if any of you have good sporting news that you think I should share then please send me a SHORT email along with a link if that news is on a website. I have already told you about Kyle Godwin and David Pocock playing for Australia against France tomorrow afternoon.

Just a few notes to start the ball rolling. Mike G playing golf this afternoon!

Some interesting cricket news. Zimbabwean born, Colin de Grandhomme, on debut for New Zealand’s Test Cricket team, sets a New Zealand record.
