About Personal Trainer
My name is Sharaine Charliene Rama. I was born in the city of Harare and I am currently 34 years old. I’m a mother of two boys. My fitness journey began in school as an athlete, I was captain of the athletics team both in Primary school and High school. I began Bodybuilding in the year 2018.Within my first year competing I won the title of Miss Zimbabwe beach bikini. The following year, with a little more experience I won Miss Zimbabwe 2019 beach bikini, bikini fitness and won the overall prize for most outstanding athlete. I have also represented Zimbabwe on South African stages, at the Arnold’s Classics 2018 and Summer Super bodies 2019. Fitness is my drive and passion, it keeps me young, energized and fit. My overall aim in the industry is to help people fall in love with training, to keep them showing up constantly so that they can achieve their goals and feel great about themselves!
