Pilates is a fun way to exercise and it mainly helps by improving ones flexibility and strengthening ones core. To make the exercise more fun, add some music to the exercise and get working on your legs!

Double leg stretch is a classic Pilates exercise that targets the core . This exercise helps improve coordination of the whole body and boost endurance as well.
