One of the major reasons why it is important to workout on your legs is that, working out your legs helps increase muscle growth by boosting the production of growth hormones in your body . Working out on your glutes, which are the largest muscles in the body, can help you become more flexible towards working out your upper body and any other cardiovascular exercises. This means that by constantly working out on your glutes, exercises like running or even walking will become easier and more bearable for you.
