  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • Handful of spinach
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • 250ml water/almond milk/full fat milk (your choice)
