Home Grown Green Curry Paste

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh coriander 
  • ½  cup chopped lemon grass 
  • 4 medium lemon leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped ginger
  • 5 gloves garlic
  • 1 zest and juice of a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • ¼  cup fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½  onion
  • ¼ cup chopped spring onion 
  • ½  cup oil

Blitz it all up and use in your coconut milk based curries. 

*This one freezes well in a ziplock bag*
