Cardio -make sure you warm up do a 500m-1km walk first then
- Squat Jump 20
- Alternating lunge jump 20
- Curtsey 20 on each leg so 40

- Jumping Jack’s 100 star jumps 40
- Inch worms -20 ( bringing heart rate down)
- Run on spot 1min
- Run on spot with squat 1min
- Mountain climbers 60
- High knees own space 1min
- Burpees own space 20
