Cardio -make sure you warm up do a 500m-1km walk first then

  • Squat Jump 20
  • Alternating lunge jump 20
  • Curtsey 20 on each leg so 40

  • Jumping Jack’s 100 star jumps 40
  • Inch worms -20 ( bringing heart rate down)
  • Run on spot 1min
  • Run on spot with squat 1min
  • Mountain climbers 60
  • High knees own space 1min
  • Burpees own space 20
