Leg Day by Ndurance Fitness, Part 6- Leg Raises

INSTRUCTIONS

4 rounds each consisting of 30 seconds exercise ,followed by 30 seconds rest.

2 minutes rest between each round.

1.Burpees

2.High Knees to Lunges

3.Cross body mountain climbers.

4.Skaters.

5.Squat jumps.

6. Leg raises.
