Exercise 2 – diamond push up modification for beginner go onto knees

Exercise 3 – curtsy Lunge

Exercise 4 – V up modification for beginner sit up feet on floor

Exercise 5 – plank modification for beginner do it on knees

4 rounds x 1 minute each exercise
