Exercise 1 – Crunches with hands assisting to increase range of motion. Modification don’t do the hand assist at the end
Exercise 2 – leg raises modification keep knees bent and touch floor
Exercise 3 – oblique crunch modification bend the knee
Exercise 4 – deadbug modification keep head down on the floor
Exercise 5 – plank modification do it on knees
Core workout
5 exercises one after the other,
1 minute of each makes one round do 4 rounds
