Keep your arms naturally hanging on the sides of your body and try to keep your hips , knees, head and shoulders lined up.

When lying horizontally on your bed, try to sleep on your back. However, be sure to not tilt your neck at a large angle, An angle so wide , you might end up having neck and shoulder pains. To sleep peacefully and at the proper alignment, add a few more pillows to your back and head to support it and keep it in line with the rest of your body. You can also add a pillow below your knees for extra support.
