I did my studies and course online. I work from Cape town South Africa and that’s where I am based. I am from Harare, in the beautiful country of Zimbabwe . My understanding and belief with exercises is that when done regularly they are like internal hygiene which helps regulate hormones. Exercising gives a boost of endorphins to help lift up your mood .It brings fresh oxygen to all your cells in your body to help rejuvenate your internal organs, your skin blood stream and your brain, It decreases your risk of illness from depression, heart diseases, diabetes, etc. Exercising helps improve your mental, physical strength and self confidence. Get together with your friends and family or even on your own and get active. Make time for your wellness or else you will make time for your illness.
