Prioritizing health and fitness for me hasn’t only been about my physique and appearance but it has also been mentally and soulfully enriching and it has instilled certain traits in me such as discipline and consistency which have been extremely beneficial in all aspects of my life. Fitness is an integral part of my lifestyle and I say that holistically in terms of the physical and nutritional aspect, as what you put into your body is just as important if not more, than the physical effort you put in. Health and fitness is a trendy topic and as with many trends the hype is inconsistent and often dies down. In order to attain your health and fitness goals, rather than looking to the quick fixes and extremes, aim to change your lifestyle as a whole, set realistic goals for yourself, be patient and consistent and remember it is all about balance. Soon enough it will become a habitual part of your daily routine that you don’t even have to think much about.
