1.Single Leg Circles
Fabulous mobility on the working leg and hard working stability on the anchor leg. Always harder than it looks and an instant ‘warmer upper’!
This has always been one of my favorite moves. I love the control and the stretch and the return. I like to think of someone holding onto my heels as I roll back down to stay slow and controlled and stretched.
