Weekend warmer exercise !

1)- Squat and Push up 10
2)- Lunge/Kick and Air punch 10
3)- calf raise to inch worm to Plank 10 hold plank for 30sec
4) squat and burpee 10
5) side lunge and kick front
6) crunch and flutter kick 20
7) mountain climbers and push up 10 you do double the amount of mountain climbers so left and right x2 then your push up.
8) whale and hamstring frog pulse 10
9) kick glutes and star jump 20
10) bridge and dips 20
