Rufaro is a published research author with a Master of Commerce degree (dist.) from Rhodes Business School. Her research work explores how businesses can optimize the use of Generative AI while mitigating its inherent risks. Passionate about the safe adoption of AI and disruptive technologies, she shares her insights through articles, presentations, and speaking at conferences—raising awareness and offering practical safety guidance on responsible AI use. She has worked for international development organisations in governance as a consultant. She has also studied real estate, management and technology.
