Dzikwa Trust Fund is implementing a four-year capacity-building project for Dzivarasekwa youths funded by Finland’s official development cooperation funds from 2023-2026. The core of the project is to provide life and employability skills training with practical applications, broad empowerment, guidance, and mentoring for youth in Dzivarasekwa. The project has 3 pillars:(1) Enhancing digital literacy, IT skills & e-learning; (2) Promoting other core employability skills and (3) Capacity building for small entrepreneurship with tangible milestones and practical toolkits. Beneficiaries gain critical employability skills in at least 2 of the pillars.
