If your social media feed has been anything like mine lately, you’ve definitely noticed the massive buzz surrounding the newly opened The Palm Club at Village Walk, on the left side of Café Nush, where Haefelis used to be. The aesthetic shots and location tags have been everywhere, so I finally decided to pop in and see if it truly lives up to the hype.

Let me just get this out of the way: I am giving this place a solid 5-star review based purely on their Flat White before I even mention anything else. It is an absolute masterpiece. Now, onto the rest of the experience. As the hot days are fast approaching, stepping into The Palm Club feels like a literal breath of fresh air. The interior design gives off an instant cooling sensation with its stunning blue and white palm theme.

It’s giving major tropical oasis vibes, making it the perfect escape from the upcoming summer heat. It offers great options for sitting areas, allowing you to choose between the outdoor patio and the indoor lounge. On the day I visited, I had gone for an early-morning coffee, and it was still a bit windy outside, so I chose to sit inside.

The indoor space is just as gorgeous, offering a cosy, air-conditioned retreat with plenty of natural light. When it comes to the menu, if you pop in, I highly recommend you try their Brioche French Toast alongside that flawless flat white. The brioche was thick, golden, and perfectly caramelised. Apart from that, the service really seals the deal.

The staff here are incredibly attentive and genuinely welcoming, so you might just find yourself staying way longer than you originally intended! Every element is intentionally designed to make you relax. It’s the perfect spot to read a book, catch up with a friend, or enjoy a quiet morning moment.

The Palm Club has definitely set an incredibly high bar for my cafe visits. But I’m always on the hunt for the next great spot! Are there any other recently opened spots that you highly recommend? Drop your suggestions here! I will be keen to try them and see who will beat The Palm Club!
